Women’s Day: The International Space Station astronaut will be exceptionally excused from housekeeping

On the occasion of Women’s Day, the team of male astronauts residing on the International Space Station has just announced that the only woman on board the spacecraft will be exceptionally exempted from cleaning.

To mark this very special day, the only female scientist on board the space station will exceptionally be allowed to participate in scientific experiments.

“She will be able to use our measuring devices, perform experiments and even chat with us,” says Roger Mike, the spacewoman in charge of the station.

“But don’t let her get too excited,” he hastened to add: “This past day, she will have to resume her usual tasks: preparing food for us, cleaning, washing, ironing our suits and cleaning the station’s windows”.
